FRIDAY, AUGUST 19th
7am - 9:30am - Entry of 4-H Baked Goods
7am - 12pm - Entry of Baked Goods and Non-Perishable Items
7am - 10am - Entry of Quilts, Clothing, Sewing & Needlecraft
7am - 12pm - Entry of Arts and Crafts
7am - 6pm - Entry of Flowers, Fruits and Vegetables
3pm - 6pm - Registration and Weigh-In of All Large Livestock
JUDGING:
10am - Judging of All 4-H and Open Division Poultry
1pm - Judging of All 4-H and Open Division Rabbits
NOTE: ALL INDOOR JUDGING ON FRIDAY IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC
1pm - Judging of All 4-H Exhibits (Closed to the public)
1pm - Judging of All Indoor Exhibits (Closed to the public)
7pm - Judging of Flowers, Fruits & Vegetables (Closed to the public)
SATURDAY, AUGUST 20th
9am - 12pm - Jr. Livestock Show (Goat/Sheep Dressing Contest after Jr. Livestock Show)
12pm - 4:00pm - Live Entertainment
2:45pm - Jr. Livestock Show – Awards Presentation
3pm - Jr. Livestock Auction
5pm - Buyers Barbeque Dinner (Tickets are available for sale to the public)
SUNDAY, AUGUST 21st
9am - Elk & Turkey Calling Contest
11am - Cake Walk
12pm - 4:00pm - Live Entertainment
1pm - Watermelon Eating Contest
2pm - Pet Parade (Pet Owner/Handler Must be 8 yrs. of age & younger)
3pm - RELEASE OF ALL LIVESTOCK
4pm - RELEASE OF INDOOR EXHIBITS
